Werner & Yolandie Geldenhuys

Miss Yolandie Benson became Mrs. Yolandie Geldenhuys on Saturday June 23th, 2012, when she promised to love and respect Werner for the rest of their happy live together!
The pre photos of Yolandie started off with a lovely wedding shoe, covered in horse/cow dung as she stepped straight on in the pile! But after that the ice was broken and I couldn’t get her to stop posing!

After the ceremony we went out to a farm and got some nice shots with the sheep and old farm houses. Yolandie also had a blast riding on the farm gate… like only a “plaasmeisie” can! Werner just smiled and kissed her some more!

Yolandie also had the privilege to share this memorable day with her mother, two grandmothers and her great-grandmother!

Boshoff Family

On June 22nd, 2012, Annabell Boshoff explored the farm life on her aunt’s farm in Riversdale, where I took some family photos of the Boshoff family.

This city girl was lying on the grass and sitting with the chickens all for the sake of a good photo, of which we got plenty!

We had a little struggle to get her smiling at first, but her grandmother soon came to the rescue and Annabell just had eyes for her! Her two cousins also posed with her for a few photos, but the eldest, Jack, soon got bored and went playing, while Burden, the smaller one, loved the camera!

Annabell’s gorgeous blue eyes made for beautiful photos.

Charl & Nelmarie Hulme

With a bachelor's the night before, a hand in bandages and most probably one heavy headache,  Charl performed very good on the day of his wedding to his lovely wife, Nelmarie, on June the 16th, 2012.

Charl likes to make stuff out of wood, so he made a "N&C" sign out of wood a few weeks before the wedding and cut his hand real bad with the saw. Flesh coloured bandages were used to make the hand more "wedding friendly" but a few bandages didn't stop this man to marry the love of his life!

The reception was decorated beautifully, by Faddels Catering, a local catering business in Riversdale. The ceremony and reception was both held in the city hall of Stilbaai. We had a beautiful sunset "golden sun moment" when it was time for the photos and those photos are always perfect with an ocean in the background! The bandaged hand was in the backside of the photos and we got lovely shots!!
