Zaine & Charnelle Jacobs

Saturday, the 27^th of April, I photographed the fun Jacobs couple’s wedding just outside Mosselbay at the Barnyard! We were laughing from beginning to end!

At one stage we took photos at a cave in Mosselbay where there are many Dassies and they ate a piece out of Charnelle’s bouquet! They also gave me a fright and quite a big laugh for them, when they acted as if one of the Dassies bit my behind…!

We then had a beautiful sunset and got lovely photos of the couple at the Barnyard in front of an old house with the furniture outside!

Van Deventers

On Saturday, April the 13^th, 2013, I photographed the two Van Deventer brothers and their families on their farms just outside Heidelberg. The morning started off very foggy and my camera broke… so not such a good start! After a while everything was back to normal and my backup 350D had to get the jobs done!

The foggy photos of Kosie, Julie and their little girl came out pretty nice and you can’t take an ugly photo of their beautiful little girl!

After their shoot, I was off to Pieter and Natasha and their 2 boys. The boys had all the spots planned for the shoot and was running and posing while enjoying the shoot!

Gielie & Antoinette de Swardt

On April the 6th, 2013, Gielie and Antoinette de Swart said their vows to each other under beautiful purple clouds hanging above them and springboks walking around them at the lovely Chris-Elle venue in Buffeljagsrivier. They were the firsts to get married there, but I am sure there will be plenty more brides begging for this stunning venue!

We got lovely shots at an old bridge, fields and plenty more. Just when we were ready to head to the reception, there was the most amazing sunset and we decided the guests could wait just a little bit longer! (Sorry guests, it’s always the photographer who’s to blame, we just can’t leave stuff like that alone!)
