Swart Family

Last month, July 22nd, the meat makers of JC Slagtery in Riversdale, the Swart's, came to me for a family shoot.

This time of the year the Canola flowers are beautiful here, it's like a yellow pillow over the whole district. We had the shoot on a nearby farm just outside Riversdale in the canola fields, with the sheep and cows and just everywhere around!

When my brother and I were John-Charles and Anri Swart's age, you would really struggle to get a good picture of us, it would most probably go like this: Him with a blue eye and me with a twisted arm or leg, sitting miles away from each other just glaring at the photographer like it was all his or her fault...! Not in this case, John-Charles adores his sister so much, he hugs and kisses her and they get along so well!

It was loads of fun capturing the Swart's family photos!
