Erice, Deon and baby Emma!

Erice was 35 weeks pregnant with little Emma and at that stage still unaware if it was going to be a boy or a girl, when I photographed her.

At 35 weeks Erice still looked like 10 weeks, this skinny tall woman who ate a pea! I photographed them at her parents’ house in Riversdale. Erice and her husband, Deon, couldn’t wait for Emma’s arrival and just a few weeks later, little Emma was born! When she was only 17 days old I photographed her at her home near Heidelberg with her proud mom and dad and “sister” dog, Jessy!
